BOBBER WITH A BRAIN works in JAPANESE DEEP LAKE!  

Hello from Japan,

Yoko, 7years old my daughter caught this 3 Pound Largemouth Bass with Bobber With A Brain from 40ft deep bottom of Lake Ahi.

Lake Ahi is a highland natural lake at an altitude of 2,500ft.  Fishing with conventional tackles is difficult because of a steep drop off starting from 10ft down to 200ft.

We used live smelt on hook and let BWAB catch fish.  I caught 3 pound brown trout on my BWAB from 45ft deep.  I was amazed with the sensitivity of BWAB to detect the bite despite that depth.

International Fishing with our Bobber, Ohh I mean FLOAT! 

       Hi my name is Stuart Sutherland (Big Stu to my mates).  I first purchased some Bobbers With A Brain about three months ago.  I do a lot of boat fishing over here in Scotland for Pike (Northern Pike, Esox Lucius).  What a difference the Bobber With A Brain has made to my fishing, no more messing around with stop knots or inferior products that damage your line.  Simply cast out and give the bobber (we call them floats over here) a little line, It’s as easy as that.  

        We mostly use bait runner reels over here, so that it allows the pike take some line when making a run and gives you time to get the rod out of the holder and set the hooks.  Another method with a normal spin casting reel is to leave you’re bail arm open and attach the line to a line clip.  When fishing for pike in the U.K. catch and release is a must and anybody killing pike gets frowned upon. 

        This fish weighed upwards of twenty pounds and was only part of a fine catch, that included another few lesser lunkers. Bobbers With A Brain are a revolutionary new product, that I am sure will catch on all over the world, especially in the pike fishing scene.  Thanks for a great product!

  Your Bobber With A Brain is Fantastic!! Works great in the ocean. Your bobber allows me to drop shot from shore. Also it works just like a fish finder as the fish do not feel any resistance when they take the bait. You can see the Bobber on my pole in the background. I am ordering more today!

These photo's were taken in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point) Mexico. Using your bobber I am able to drop shot fish from the reef. All other methods result in a lot of snags. With your product the snags were significantly reduced. I was OUT-FISHING everyone about TEN to ONE. Several occasions I caught two at a time. Once I think I had a small sea bass hooked up when something much bigger ate it. Possibly a shark as it bit through my leader. It was pretty exciting for about two seconds before it got away.

The fish are trigger fish and sea bass. I am going to try the fly method next time down. One of your users spoke of this on the website. I am hoping to land sea trout and other varieties that feed on the surface.

       I was fishing the Marle Lakes in southern Ontario this past weekend, hoping that the bass and the pike were still active. I went to one of my favorite spots on the lake, a hidden back lake and was casting from shore. 

     I was absolutely amazed on how great Bobber With A Brain is. Every time there was just the faintest nibble, it showed on the bobber, and I was ready to set the hook. Also, since I was casting from shore (around the trees,) it helped my casting distance to get to my favorite hole allot smoother and easier. 

   We caught some great bass, sunfish, and perch by fishing along the bottom when things slowed down a bit, so we decided to see if the pike were active. We adjusted the Bobber With A Brain to fish the mid-depths. 

Bobber With A Brain was very easy to adjust to the different depths. 

Use Bobber With A Brain...its a NO BRAINER !!

These fish, both males by the way, bite very lightly on a roe bag so you really have to keep your eyes on the light stick, just a few twitches set the hook then all hell breaks loose! 

I made my own rigs with 20 lb Fireline so we could get the fish away from the rocks and downed trees quickly. The stream was running so fast we had to put a brick on for a weight just to stay in the pools, tied the weight on with a rubber band in case of a bottom snags. These fish
run like race cars and they know how to cut a mono rig. The same streams have Salmon in the fall so we will use the Bobber With A Brain for them too.

First time out with the B.W.A.B. and it WINS!  

Well since receiving my order, I hadn't had a chance to try them out till today. I took the boat out and rigged up a Bobber with a Brain, threw on a nice night crawler and gave it a cast.
Now I will admit, I was still somewhat skeptical as to how well it would work LOL, well as you can see by the picture...Bobber with a Brain does WORK !!!! I caught a nice 2-1/2 lb Large Mouth Bass, and around other boats that were not catching anything.... LOL

I ordered your 5-pack Bobber With A Brain (BWAB) special just before summer and Absolutely Love Them! With the ceramic sinkers and pre-made rigs, we're fishing within seconds after getting to the water's edge.

 We usually put on a Berkley Power Bait rubber worm, or rainbow power bait and fish just off the bottom, exactly as advertised on you BWAB web page. 

The trout out here in Colorado don't stand a chance! My wife and I have had so much fun fishing with them, and we have caught some

MONSTER trout! Now, it's not at all unusual to pull in 16 to 20 inch trout!

I've also used your bobbers with a dry-fly and had great success catching trout off the surface when the bugs hit the water during the daily hatches. I tie an approx. 4-foot leader-line to the swivel at the end of the BWAB with a dry fly on the end. The bobber acts as the weight to cast way out there, and then acts as a float to keep the fly from sinking as I reel it back in. So, what I have is the bobber coming towards me as I reel the line in, and then about 4 feet beyond that, the fly is skimming the top of the water - Awesome strikes!!

Today is a windy day 15-25 mph winds gusts over 30. As soon as I got the bobbers I thought this day a PERFECT test! The fish may not be biting yet, but I'll tell ya, the bobber held it's spot! I showed my grandfather the bobber today and he was even more impatient than I am. He kept trying to by them off me! I think he's getting fish fever as well. It was good to see you at the Louisville Boat Show again this year. I was pleased to see the expression in your face when I gave you the picture of me holding that Big Crappie with your "Bobber With a Brain."

This is one of the biggest Crappie that I caught on our trip to Reel Foot Lake in Tenn. last spring. The weather was bad, raining with high winds, thus it was hard to fish. My son and I had to tie up to a tree just off the main channel due to the anchor would not hold in the rough water. I put on your special Bobber, because the big ones were close to the bottom. We were the only ones out that morning. Being only 100 yards just out front of the Eagle Nest Resort; everyone could see us.

After a couple of hours, my son advised me that we could not get anymore in the live well. I told him to take a picture of that because no one would believe us. When we came back to the dock everyone wanted to know how many we had. After lunch, we noted that a lot if people were trying to fish in the same area we were. The first day I got it in the mail, I caught fish from shore, as it is the way I like to fish! 

I rigged it up with a minnow a foot off the bottom and a night crawler on the bottom. I caught 4 CATFISH on the bottom and 7 CRAPPIE on minnows. And that was the first hour!

Deeply Satisfying Day at DEEP CREEK, MARYLAND!

While helping a friend with his cabin, I just had to grab my Bobber With A Brain and give it a shot. WHAT A GREAT TIME!  24 Fish caught in 4 hours!

Three Walleyes, 12, 14, & 15 Inches! Two big Sunfish, Nine & ten inches! Six Perch around 12 inches and One  Perch 13 inches! Nice double catch,  Perch and Walleye caught together on my double hook rig on the same cast! Both fish around 12 inches. One 15 inch Catfish. 

Oh the Bass, well it was 18 Inches - 4 Pounds !!

I moved to Minnesota about two months ago and have been in hot pursuit of the walleye up here. I've been dragging various baits across the bottom with weedless hooks and all I've been getting is weeds and panfish. 

Well today I decided to use the Bobber With a Brain due to the high winds.

In less than an hour I had 6 fish including a very nice 6 lb walleye. It bit so litely the bobber barely tipped over. I rigged my hook about 9 inches above the weight and it worked like a charm! I've already told my family that I want more Bobbers With a Brain for Christmas. I'm looking forward to rigging it for ice fishing!

  Each season, I search the Internet for new fishing products.  I am an electrical engineer and I love tinkering with new products.  Last year I found the "Bobber with the Brain".  

   At first I thought "this thing's probably just another one of those engineering marvels that doesn't work." I couldn’t stop thinking about the unique design of this bobber. In theory, I thought "if this thing performs like they say does, it ought to be pretty damn good."

 We don't typically start bluegill fishing this early in St. Louis (April,) but just to get out, we anxiously made two cold and windy trips.  On the first trip, I caught 15.  On the second trip I caught only Five.  This is a lot of fish when you consider no one else on the lake caught anything.  It's the bobber!!

" I obtained a Bobber With A Brain 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I thought it was just another Gimmick and left it in my box for a year. Then I took my nephew out fishing for the first time and let the little kid use it. After a half hour his father and me had 3-4 fish each while the kid was pulling doubles regularly. My only complaint with the Bobber With A Brain is it makes fishing almost too easy. Nothing left for me to do but reel the fish in. Clean them, eat and eat some more. :) Looking forward to buying some of their new rigs, if they work as well as the Bobber With A Brain, I may retire early. Hope my wife does see this."

I used an Golden Shiner on the bottom and another one about a foot from the bottom. I was there for approx 5 minutes when I caught this fish. I was so excited. Well Seeing Is Believing!

 

On my first cast with a double rig using a worm on the bottom and a Minnow on the top, I hooked & landed a 10lb flat head Catfish using my Bobber With A Brain for the very 1st time. (WOW!) The next cast I caught a small Crappie that I threw in my minnow bucket. Later I took the Crappie and chunked in the lake to see what would happen using a single hook rig. Ten minutes later I was fighting a 12lb channel Catfish.

HEY BIG TEN TACKLE!     Well I am a very inexperienced fisherman - I saw B.W.A.B. on the internet and thought that sounds just right for me - Simple - so I ordered the $50 kit.     By the way it was well worth it! 
It arrived next day as I requested, couldn't wait till the weekend to try it out, going to "Lake Cherokee" TN, so I took a quick walk down to the local lake "Lake Hickory" NC 
Usually I have sat on the bank at out local slip for 6 hours without a bite, enjoyed the solitude but "no supper" - B.W.A.B. changed that immediately. I know that you wont believe me but I caught a 2lb catfish on my first cast using chicken livers - now that is the biggest fish I have ever got out of this lake and went on to catch another 8 fish in the hour I was there!

So I have Fried catfish for dinner tonight !!

 Just a thought!  You guys ought to try and sell this to Dads with Kids,    Dad, if your kid is not that interested in fishing because he/she doesn't catch anything - then try BWAB you might get a new fishing partner !

TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THIS BOBBER WITH A BRAIN!!
These bobbers are the cat's @#!$%^@ ! These things are GREAT ! It is a rare thing when you can gain the edge in these pay lake tournaments where the catfish are truly professional at getting away with the bait. I think these fish can actually feel the hooks, sinker and conventional bobbers, then avoid taking the hook. After trying the bobber with a brain my success has tremendously improved!
Next and most important to me is that age old problem with taking a kid fishin' is solved! I have to say I can get some fishing done as this product takes the tangle out of the picture. Makes no difference if its used in a lake, farm pond, or creek due to the way the Bobber With A Brain functions having less than a foot of line out of the pole's end really helps a kid perfect casting and is a real frustration-buster. At the same time with a small amount of coaching kids will have more success in hooking and landing fish of all kinds, and sizes!
These things are durable! Even using the new super-lines, which will eventually cut up the insides of regular slip bobbers causing hang ups with lots of use has not been a real problem. I suspect Bobbers With A Brain to have 2 to 3 times the life of regular style bobbers. I fished hard all last season with 2 and they show only minimal line wear. I have ordered enough for me, my wife, my buddy and the grand kid. but the ole boys at the pay lakes are going to have to fend for themselves!

Tiger Trout !

I fished for over 40 years and never caught or saw a Tiger Trout. A Tiger Trout is a cross between a Brook Trout and a Brown Trout. 

Majority of fisherman never see a Tiger Trout or even know they exist! This Fish has a super strong will to live, it would not die as easy as most trout. Caught this 16 inch Tiger on June 8, 2004, on a small worm using the Bobber With A Brain in the Loyalhanna Creek, Latrobe Pa. below the falls at Kingston Dam in about three feet of water. This is one of my favorite places to fish for Crappie, Smallmouth Bass and Trout with the B.W.A.B.

             It's Ron from Uniontown , well we went out to Dunlap Dam yesterday, the rain was pouring it was cold I asked a guy how they biting, he said they wasn't!

O' My God, just to start I put a quick 2 hook rig on with 2 small fathead minnows, as I was rigging up my wife's pole, something grabbed the little fathead so hard my pole went out of the pole holder and started to drag into the lake, by the time I ran for it he had broke the line. 'Wow'  My wife put her pole in as I was rigging up mine 'heart still pounding' I heard her yank her pole here is a picture of a nice bass that fail victim to the Brain of your Bobber . Her first fish of the year, but I'm sure with these bobber's its going to be along year for those fish !!

Brand New Testimonial 2008 !

  Hi Guys, Thought I would drop you a line or two. I was fishing at the Burell Township Rod and Gun Club with the Bobber With A Brain. NO BODY WAS CATCHING ANYTHING but ME and MY B.W.A.B. 

I threw in and all of a sudden I got a heck of a bite. so I reel it in, thought I had a big one. It was better! I caught 2 - 12 & 14 inch trout! Boy was that cool. Guys were saying look at this GUY! so I explained what the B.W.A.B. was and I told them about your web site.

The BWAB successfully landed some beautiful BOWFIN!

These fish pictured were caught at different times of the day. They are 18 inches, 17 1/2 inches and 17 inches (Left to Right.) They are very sensitive biting, so you have to leave the Bobber With A Brain sitting there and wait, watch, and be ready to seat the hook. They have teeth and are very long, They can kick and fight nice. 

(Notice the Insert above, They have a "eye" type color spot near the trail to confuse predators!)   I had never seen these fish before until I fished for them at Geneva Marsh. (Read about the Marsh here) Caught a couple of big Carp too, but these are different! First time the BWAB caught a BowFin!

THIS BOBBER IS A BLAST!!!

I caught this 9 inch Crappie as part of a 30 Sunfish and 13 Crappie (IN TWO HOURS!) evening on June 28,2003 !!

I caught a CRAPPIE and a SUNFISH on my Double Hook Rig at the same time!

Back in 1997, my son Tim died of cancer when he was only 17 years old.    After that I stopped doing anything that we used to do together, including fishing.    Before he died he was granted a wish from the Make-a-Wish Foundation.  He wished for a computer.  In 1998 I started using his computer and I would surf the web, trying to find something different in fishing equipment.   And boy, did I find it.

The Bobber With A Brain!

I am attaching a picture of a striped bass that I caught with the Bobber With A Brain in Twolick Dam in Indiana County PA.

I am a bank fisherman. I'll catch anything, then release it! I've  caught blue gills, small and large mouth bass, catfish, yellow perch and pike. About 3 weeks ago, my family and I traveled to West Virginia, renting a log cabin, built in the 1800's, along the bank of the Shaver's Fork River, a branch of the Cheat river.   During that week, I fished day and night, at night with light sticks and the Bobber With A Brain. I caught 35-40 small mouth bass, 1 brown trout and one ugly fish I couldn't identify. The bass ranged in size from 3 - 14 inches. A great 6 days!

I am disabled so I can only go to certain spots, but I ALWAYS catch SOMETHING, when I use the Bobber With A Brain!   Wherever I go!

Just watch that Bobber tilt........Pull......and you've got that fish!

To Fisherman Everywhere,

This is a picture of the Catfish and Bass caught on the Bobber With a Brain at a recent trip to a Campground area. This was a real small lake with heavy fishing pressure. I ordered two bobbers and one was destroyed in the mail so I fished one rod with the BWAB and one with a slip sinker. Both had only one hook. I was very surprised when the rod with the BWAB caught SIX FISH TO EVERY ONE THE OTHER CAUGHT!

"Now you see it, now you don't," was a wonderful way to explain my bobber fishing experience recently. Being able to fish on the bottom and eye the nibble response above the water's surface helped me tag and reel in a 33 inch CARP! Having good tools  and knowing how to use them is definitely the ticket!

BASS & SUNFISH Double!               15 INCH BASS

I thought I had a nice size fish when I reeled in that Double on the left. You usually never see a BASS and SUNFISH together on your double hook rig! Rare Catch! Just when I thought it was Lightstick time, I jig the bobber a little and BANG this 15 inch Largemouth BASS was more than interested in my bait. Can't beat those Bobber With A Brain Floats!

 Late season Trout on Night Crawlers with the Bobber With A Brain at Ridgeway Reservoir in Pennsylvania !

Caught some nice size fish 16 1/2" inch and 17" inch (on knee picture) TROUT, By Leaving the BWAB just sit quiet with a Night Crawler (Worm) was the ticket to success.

I believe the Bobber With A Brain made this day a success, by suspending the bait off bottom, the trout just grabbed it up !

Check out this 20 Inch Sucker Fish I caught on a Night Crawler!!!

This "Sucker" was a smart fish, he found my other line and successfully tangled it up very nicely. We had to reel both rods in at the same time to get this beauty! So my Brother has to have 1/2 the credit, Thanks Jim! 

The Bobber With A Brain's suspended bait was still interesting enough to a Sucker fish who I figure eats off the bottom? Right? BWAB keeps your bait interesting!

Also caught a 8" and a 10" Large Mouth Bass, couple Perch (First ones of the year) and numerous Sunfish.

Just another GREAT DAY with the Bobber With A Brain. Everyone should fish like this, I DO!

The fish pictured weighed just over 68 POUNDS and was caught in the Wateree River near where it joins the Congaree River and Santee River where they all come together to form the Santee Cooper lakes. The Bobber With A Brain paid off for me!

I caught this Catfish well over 20 POUNDS. Behind my house on the Bobber With A Brain. It made the line wrap around my reel so I had to pull the line in by hand. The fish got to the surface and we got it in the boat. The fish was a little over 3 ft. Long.

Hey Frank, we came back from our camping trip early. It was too windy (25-30 mph), but we had some good fishing with the Bobber With A Brain and Ready Rigs.

 Bottom-line, we love them! We've actually found our love for bank fishing again!

It was too windy for the boat so we fished on the bank--the Bobber With A Brain worked perfectly. It held the bait in place on the bottom and it did not get stick once when retrieving it. Thought you want a photo of our catch so I attached it.

Wanted to send you a picture of just one of the many pretty channel cats my buddies and I caught at the lake. I had several people at Lake Fryer, Wolf Creek Park in Texas, asked me just what in the heck was that bobber thing and just how in the heck does the thing work. I explained how it worked and told him 

I had been using these for two years now and actually do not fish without it.

Thank You for a really nice piece of fishing equipment. Now to add to your history of success, A nice 8lb catfish, the first I caught in my four acre stocked pond. I have caught many bass about 2 feet from shore, they are schooling now, but have not had any real success casting out 40 or fifty feet. Sure it is fun to bring in a four pound bass, but a lot more fun pulling him in from 40 foot than 2 foot. That is where the Bobber with the Brain shines, I cast out 40 to 50 feet, the Bobber with the Brain sets the hook/bait just perfect with a Carolina rig, and with a little patience a nice fish (or turtle) bites. 

It was exciting to pull in the 8 lb catfish, at first I thought it was a turtle, until he ran on me, boy what an exciting 10 minutes it took to bring him in, as I was using a 4 lb test line, and of course as equally exciting is to see a fighting bass break water 20 to 30 feet from shore as you bring him in. 

I agree with the opinion of many that this is a "MUST HAVE ITEM" for any person who fishes!

When I first told my fishing buddy about the "Bobber With A Brain", my wife and her friend were in the room and they just had a great laugh----at my expense. I printed the information from the computer, waited until I received by "bobber", we went out to a year round lake here in Seattle, caught 14 yellow perch and 7 crappie, went back home, my buddy fried them up and we sat and had great laughs at the wives expense. I'm a believer and I can't wait until we get to try them off the boat. By the way, the wives apologized and now want to go fishing this summer. I think now they even believe. you'll be hearing a lot more from us. my buddy and I have already began spreading the word.

I tried your product Bobber With A Brain this year for the first time in May and June of 2001. B.W.A.B. was very successful on ROCK HUMPS AND REEFS. These fish were caught on lake Butte-des-Morts in Wisconsin. Bait I was using Golden Shiners, Night Crawlers, and Leeches. 

Out of these three fish (in the picture) two Walleye's were released. I'm glad I invested in your product. NOW I CAN CATCH NICE FISH LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE!

MY DAD'S BLUEGILL SMILE!

I took my dad fishing for some bluegills at a local fishing hole about 2 miles from my house.  I gave him the packaging insert that you sent us and told him to read up on it, as he was going to use a BWAB.  He got the hang of it and was bringing in the Bluegill one after the other and was having a blast.  He said "Wow this is quite an invention" 

I will be a customer for life and I am sold.  I took my boys out again today, and people with other bobbers couldn't get the fish to commit as they are really gun shy, this park is fished allot.  Our Bluegills couldn't feel the bobber so I was hooking them like crazy.                Thanks again for the great product.

"When I first seen it at the Pittsburgh show, my buddies and I laughed, but the concept worked in the tank. So I waited till next year to pick one up.
